With approval from the Provincial Department of Education and record filing with the Ministry of Education, our institution has partnered with Krirk University in Thailand to jointly offer a collaborative program in Logistics Management. The program adopts an innovative "2+1(+1)" international cooperative education model, designed to meet students' needs for seamless progression from diploma to bachelor's degree. Since its inclusion in the province's unified enrollment plan in September 2021, the program has enrolled 57 students.
About Krirk University
Krirk University, established in 1952, is an institution recognized under the China-Thailand Higher Education Academic Degree Recognition Agreement. It is a comprehensive research-oriented university focused on scientific research and graduate education, with a strong emphasis on developing application-oriented undergraduate and integrated bachelor-master degree talents. The university comprises several schools, including the School of Business Administration, School of Politics, International School, and the planned Schools of Arts, Scientific Research Institute, and the Chinese International Language and Culture Academy.
Krirk University offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs, with key disciplines such as Management, Education, Arts, and Public Health recognized as model quality fields by Thailand's Ministry of Education. Additionally, the university is an international course base approved by the Thai Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation for multi-language programs taught in Chinese. It is also listed by the Education Office of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand as a recognized institution under the China-Thailand Higher Education Academic Degree Recognition Agreement.
Program Objectives and Curriculum
The Logistics Management program, co-developed with Krirk University, aims to cultivate globally competent talents with firm political beliefs, moral and technical excellence, and comprehensive development. Graduates are expected to:
l Be familiar with international norms and adaptable to the needs of the socialist market economy.
l Possess a strong foundation in scientific and cultural knowledge, good humanities literacy, professional ethics, and innovative thinking.
l Demonstrate meticulous craftsmanship, strong employability, and sustainable development capabilities.
Students will acquire expertise in logistics and supply chain management, targeting roles such as management (industrial) engineering technicians, cargo handling and transportation service staff, and warehouse personnel in sectors like road transportation, multimodal transport, freight forwarding, and warehousing. The program prepares students for positions in warehouse management, transportation and distribution, procurement, and supply chain management. Graduates will be proficient in international business regulations while possessing specialized knowledge and practical skills as versatile technical professionals.
